We’re based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. All orders ship from here.

Yes! We ship Canada-wide. Most orders arrive in 3–7 business days depending on your location.


3. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship internationally! Rates and shipping times are calculated at checkout. Please note: international customers are responsible for any customs or duty fees.


4. How long does shipping take?

  • Canada: 3–7 business days

  • USA: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days
    Processing time is typically 1–3 business days.


5. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items.
